Together, we started the day.
We ended the day, together.
We shared a good laugh;
We shared our silences, together.
We walked in one direction;
We stared at different horizons, together.
We had our bad habits,
So we hid them together.
We wished for oneself,
But we prayed together.
Since, we said the same prayer;
We were heard together.
We took an oath and parted ways;
Only to get back, together.
It’s only together, that we can.
It’s only together, that’s a plan.
In the game of life,
I can never celebrate a Win.
Even a loss with you is close to victory.
Because it’s only together;
That we are WE.
